Kirk Duckwall

Kirk has been working in real estate for over a decade. He is now a Realtor and Associate Broker at BRIX Real Estate. Prior to that he worked in the construction industry building, remodeling and rehabbing homes. The knowledge he gained from that experience has been a great help to his clients. He is able to help a buyer spot potential issues with a home or let a seller know the most cost effective things to do when getting a home ready for market.

When he's not working, Kirk's perfect night out includes grabbing a bite to eat at Sakura and heading to a Wild game. He's a huge fan. Carly Maki

Carly was born in Anchorage, AK and also spent time living in Las Vegas and South Lake Tahoe before moving to Minneapolis 17 year ago. She has spent quite a bit of time toying with the idea of traveling the country in an Airstream but ultimately decided to put that on the backburner. Carly and her husband, Jason, are currently raising their three littles in Bloomington. Carly went to the University of Minnesota - Duluth for Early Childhood and Special Education and spent the last several years working for a teen parenting program at an alternative high school. The skills that Carly has acquired as an educator are essential for real estate. Her patience and dedication to helping people truly shines through when working with home buyers and sellers.

In Carly’s spare time, she loves checking out new coffee shops and breweries, cheering her daughter on at dance competitions and co-leading her girl scout troop. She loves drag brunches, live music, local restaurants and dreaming about traveling.
